Progress by next meeting

Publicity- Dennis & Tan Lee Kee
To all who are in this comm., please make sure that you are prepared with the following by the next meeting :-
- Get contact list of different schools in the KL/PJ region to publicize the convention.
- Prepare a few proposals of how the registration forms should be like.
- Get a map of how to get to our school and place them behind the registration forms
- Try to print leaflets to be distributed to schools about the convention.

Registration- Galen Law
Registration department please ensure that :-
- Plan the layout of how the registration would be during the convention day
- Have a backup plan of the registration layout in case it doesn’t work out.
- Create a few registration forms to be selected.

Hospitality- Evelyn Yang & Daniel Tong
To all in this department, please ensure that :-
- You get the proposed menu for the convention- breakfast and tea break.
- Estimate a price list for the menu.
- plan the ushers on duty on the convention day.

Creative Committee- Tristan Ng
Dear Tris : a personal message for you…..do get the help of Jeremy Tong with the design. Besides, get help from other schools with the design. For the t-shirt, I would like you to find out printers who can print out the t-shirts for us at a reasonable price. For the design for the theme, use the creativity genes in you to get a nice design out. Also, try to get help from other schools for the design. Remember, by the next meeting, the design has to be out. Don’t leave me hanging. You know me well enough to try to delay the job I’ve set aside for you, dude!!

Worship Department- Jason Chua
Jason : do prepare the worship team by the next meeting. Try to get students only from other schools to join your worship team. Then, assemble the whole team up and there you go.

Prayer and Presentaion- Daniel Tong
To all in this department, do get a list of prayer items from other schools and compile them. Also, try to think of a presentation to be presented during the convention day. These have to be presented during the next metting which is on the 16th of November.

Scripture Union
Sister Runa, please make sure that the speaker from S.U. can be announced to the rest of the committee members by the next meeting. Thank you.
